Trash overflowing, grass/field over grown and not kept up. But our dogs still loved running around.

Multiple large off leash fenced areas as well walking paths. The dog runs are actually large enough to throw a ball and truly run your dogs

There hasn't been anyone when I'm there, not that my A-hole dog takes advantage of being off leash anyway. The water fountain is a nice feature, but more shade would be nice. Lots of space for dogs who are willing to take advantage of it.

Upon walking into this dog park I immediately noticed that there is a dog size hole in the entryway on the fence. After taking my dogs off the leash and coming inside the dog park the next thing I see is an overflowing pet waste trash bin. As I continue to walk through I noticed that A third of the dog park is dirt and gravel. As we get closer to the far end of it there is water collecting in a 30’ wide puddle. Out of the handful of trees that are here most of them are dead and offered no shade. After my dogs played a bit we walked back to the water fountains. Of which were not working. This concluded my visit today. This place could be awesome if the city would put some care into it. Follow up- No changes have been made. The trash is worse than before. More trees have fallen. The water by is still turned off. The hole in the gate is still there. Update: the water fountains for dogs are on! They run continuously day and night every day. 🙃

I've never been @ night. I leave once it gets darker. I've never had any issues. Wouldn't suggest being there @ night especially alone or too late just to be on the safe side.
Yes
No other location to enter
If you are on Lumpkin road driving towards the park the first set of gates on the right is usually open. The second set takes you into Oxbow Meadows and is frequently closed. It is a little confusing.
At dark. Doesnt have a real cut off but once it's dark they expect you gone
