Rooms were ok. Myself and my parents had to be moved because of appliances leaking or not working. My mother complained to me that the room smelled smokey but it was the last one available as our previous rooms had issues. They decided to tough it out-big mistake. I was charged an extra $250 without being notified because the housekeeping told the front desk that their room "smelled like smoke" even though neither of the occupants are smokers. Hotel said it could have been another guest that was invited over but we're from out of state and don't even know anyone local to invite over. Won't be recommending this place to anyone. It really seems like I've been scammed out of an extra $250 and it's BS.

Positive: Location Negative: One staff member was very unpleasant and there were no towels in the room. I went to the front desk to ask for towels and the same unpleasant staff member acted like she did not want to help me at all.

with filth, solicitation, smoke filled hall ways, pet hair in the elevator and halls. I am going to share my experience with every outlet that I can. The receptionist was so unprofessional. We asked for a full refund right after we checked in. We had to get another room because the door would not close after opening. Second room, the A.C. is not working. Please believe that. I am going to share this experience with everyone that I know. The best that Wyndam can do is apologize? Your hotels are going to the dogs, crackheads and the use of the parking lot for illegal drug activities and solicitation.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and clean. Love the overall aesthetics of the building. Staff was sweet and to the point. They do not charge incidental deposits like many other hotels. **Pool is closed**. They do have breakfast: waffles with a variety of toppings like butter jelly peanut butter; fruit, cereal, grits, oatmeal, coffee, tea, orange juice, apple juice; a variety of creamer and sweeteners for the coffee and teas. Nice area. Tons of restaurants grocery stores and fun things to do in the area. Movie theater and bowling walking distance. Next to 3 shopping plazas also walking distance. Perfect family spot. They do allow pets too. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I came to get away from my noisy neighbors at home. This will be my new getaway spot for now.
