Went to rack room Saturday, Feb 12th. Had been to 3 stores previous. Not one pleasant person. Then I was checked out at Rack Room by I believe 'Natasha" not 100 percent sure of her name. But she was so friendly. I was very thankful for that. Customer service is a lost art.

They have a bid bogo sale going on. Buy one pair get one half price. They also have a huge selection to choose from. My son Caleb and I had a great time. He even participated in picking out and getting his sister Shandee shoes too.
