The pizza was late, however the man seemed to be sympathetic who delivered it, and ended up getting me a free medium on my next order, one of the pizza's was a bit burnt, but honestly it was the time constraints that meant more to me. In my eyes, they redeemed it, the other pizza was fine, and I'm sure they could have been swamped. So I chose also to not complain. Thanks to the driver who was actually caring.

Their pizza is good but their promises aren't. Their out the door promise in 2 minutes doesn't get met at meal times. And then they say they'll give you a free pizza with your next order, but what you get is 60 points on their rewards plan which is a hassle to claim and don't show up til 24 to 48 hours on a plan you have to set up. No free lunch at Dominos.

They forgot sauce on the pizzas and the sandwiches were turning to crumbs dry, over cooked and there was little to NO meat on some of them. They also took an additional 25 minutes to bring out our food.

Four months ago it took our food more than two hours to arrive. We switched to Papa John’s. Tonight we thought we’d try again because we like the chocolate volcano dessert. Placed the order at 7:30 and the food arrived at 10:30. I tried calling twice to cancel the order but was in the queue for 15 minutes. The food was soggy and room temperature. I am not ordering Domino’s again.

Questions & Answers

Why do you not deliver to my area? I'm not that far from you. I'm just down the street from Calvery Church, you know where the new Papa John's is on Old Moon Rd. Matter of fact think I'll call them.

Why do I not see Amazon drones delivering pizza to truck drivers caught in traffic jams during rush hour over in Atlanta? You know so they can enjoy some dinner without having to cook or get into another vehicle and drive some more after work?
