I had a one time bulk mailing that had to be shipped first class and required each package be individually weighed. Ty and Kanyeka at the Citygate branch were extremely helpful, courteous and patient with the large undertaking and have solidified this location as my future post office of choice. Much appreciated!

If u are delivering here just come 1 hour before your time anything over that u going to have to park and wait. Other than that nice people

I sent a card from Leipsic Oh to Columbus Oh last week and forgot a stamp. My return address was on it. It has not been returned to me, nor has the person in Columbus received it. Is it possible to locate that card?

Individual 1st class letters are not tracked. The letter will be delivered with a postage due notice that will need to be paid before delivery or it will be returned to you in 5 to 10 business days.
We think someone turned in a change of address for us but we haven't moved. What do we do??

Tell the post office you have not moved and bring proof of residency within 30 days
If my package is tracked to this distribution center (and has been sitting there for 20 days without further movement) - can I come pick it up instead of waiting for it to be delivered to my home?

If you have a pick up slip in your box, then it will be at the postnoffice for pick up
Go past the first gate. That's for the mail carriers. After that entrance you will see the public office for the general public with a parking lot in front.
