Do not rent from these people unless you want your privacy invaded, including your mail!! The property is filled with drug addicts and scumbags and the office does nothing about it ! It is not worth living in a cheap apartment paying more than what it is worth! And if you do decided to move into this property make sure your car doors and apartment windows are locked because it will get broken into! Enjoy being woken up by sirens early in the morning or late at night because of a possible overdose!!

Not family friendly. Holly Carpenter is not a good person. Threatened to kick me out over a 20$ blind. She is the definition of a slum Lord. DO NOT RENT HERE especially if you have small children!!!

Apartments are really cheaply made, staff is rude and the overall atmosphere is not child friendly. DO NOT RENT. The 5 star rating must be from someone who works there because everyone I know over there can't wait to get out of there.
