I had started my physical therapy with performance PT. Good to know simple stretch and exercise can bring lot of changes to the body. They are very knowledgeable and know what they do. I recommend.

Had a great experience with Dr. Alexandra Ollerhead! Had a lot of pain in my neck and shoulder area on my left side! Ever since seeing her at Physical Performance Therapy in Providence I have been able to to move much more freely! I definitely recommend this place and Alexandra! The entire staff is great! P.S. Dr. Ryan Aubert is a stud! P.S. Give Alexandra Ollerhead a raise!

Yes ..they give exercise..and u can do them in home as well .
Yes we do offer massage at this location. $45 for 30 minute, $75 for $60 minute.
