Good luck, extremely slow , called to see what time they open day before and the people that work there dont even know the right time they open, once signed in for bloodwork, there was no patient getting bloodwork done and the waiting room just filling up and filling up, also they didnt know if they had an x ray person or not

I absolutely love going here. Heather Daniels is so considerate and understanding. She always listens and is patient. Also, there is a nurse there by the name of Amber who is phenomenal. She is so warm and welcoming. She makes me feel like I’m talking to a friend when I’m there.

I used to go here for years. But this last year this location has gone completely down hill. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and rude. They assigned me a prescribing doctor when doing an MRI, well that doctor refused to call back and share the results. I had to hound this place for a month for them to get the results. I picked up the results and after a week of picking the results up they called me to come pick up results I already had gotten. Also, my boyfriend went there for a covid test.. he tested positive. They FAILED to contact the department of health. They also failed to put him in the system so it was like he was never seen before. And when he called them to clear things up they said “it’s not our job”. So this place allows people, doctors at that to “not” do their job but they have no problem filing insurance and making sure they get paid. Also when the nurse called to tell us he had covid she says “ya sorry you have covid, bye” and hung up. I never heard from the prescribing doctor, I took my business somewhere else. I also did fulton medicals job for them and reported the positive case in addition their lack of expertise to the department of health who also recommends to not use this place and were thankful that I knew what to do when the doctors did not. Do yourself a favor and drive to Oswego well now. THEY WILL TAKE GREAT CARE OF YOU. Giving one star is giving too much 🤷🏻♀️

Went to have blood work done and a EKG, went early in the morning the nurse who was checking people in was so rude, understand he was the only one there, but still just had a simple question and had my head handed to me,l. Understand being overworked but still greet your patients with a smile and half way cherry attitude make everyone a little better. Than to top it off signed in and the nurse went right over my name as someone else signed in on the same line. Told them about it and it was no big deal. This place needs to be revamped with different staff who care. Can't give this lower than 1 star.
