Giving two stars because I can’t give 2.5, and would rather err on the lower side. I’ve had numerous experiences at this establishment, some good, some bad. I bought a PS4 from him for a decent price, but he led me to believe I was buying the PS4 in the case up front, but when I came to pick it up, it was one of the first generation sharp edged models. Nothing was wrong with it, it ran sorta slow at times but that is to be expected with certain consoles, but this is just a good example of the way this gentleman does business typically. He paid $150 for a still sealed set of Sony noise canceling headphones worth upwards of $320, which again, when you enter an establishment such as this you’re expecting .50 cents on the dollar, but it was still sealed, never used, could’ve easily paid me $200 and made a quick $100. I was honestly surprised he bought them, because typically he RARELY buys anything in my experience. I’ve brought in gold several times, gold I knew to be authentic from acid tests, and he’s turned it down several times for no apparent reason. He kept asking me the provenance of the gold, as if I was bringing in stolen merchandise, which frankly I took offense to. Gold is gold, it’s going to be melted either way. The guy just needs a big attitude adjustment, and maybe another employee even, someone to keep him from being the customer facing employee all the time. I will say that the merchandise he sells is all quality and the pricing is fine, just make sure you establish CLEARLY what you’re intending to purchase if you plan on doing any kind of payment plan with him, or you might fall victim to the same thing that happened to me with the PS4.

I saw the reviews were not pretty good… Almost didn’t visit the shop… I’m glad that I decided to go in. The owner is super nice and was very welcoming and had exactly what I was looking for! I feel I got a very good deal and he was super nice to my son I even walked out spending $50 more than I expected to because we bought a very nice Casio electric keyboard . Good quality stuff, excellent customer service, very welcoming atmosphere, and more than fair on pricing so I say definite five stars… Saving this number in my phone for the future!

Payment plan is really convenient. He had great deals on music and electronic equipment and gave me as much time as I needed to pay off a guitar I wanted. Kept it behind the counter for me until i paid it off and I was able to bring it home today. Great dude, great shop.
