Not too shabby of a location, it's pretty dull inside but the employes there are competent in their roles and polite. (I'd say the vast majority, of course there are a few exceptions) If you don't have internet access at home, there are computers you can use here and plenty of helpful information. The location is also perfect since Fulton and some nearby areas are financially struggling. BUT YOU HAVE TO ASK ABOUT ALL DETAILS. They don't seem to have any guidelines in place for employees to go through all the benefits you can possibly qualify for, it's up to you to start the conversation and ask as many questions as possible. <--That's where they don't get above a 3 star rating. For a government run department the employees in this location work relatively fast, which is surprising. You can also sign up for automatic e-mails on job openings and job fairs in the CNY area.
