As a mom with 2 small kids, we love our apartment at Riverscape. Emily in the office is so great to work with and is always there to answer any questions or concerns. She has been so accommodating with our family needs and gets back to me in a timely manner. If she doesn’t have the answer, she is quick to find someone who does! We LOVE the maintenance supervisor AJ! When we first moved into the apartment there were a few things that the previous maintenance people did that weren’t up to my standards or were installed/done improperly. I’ve reached out to AJ to start getting them fixed and he has been amazing! He takes his time and teaches my 4 year old about what he is doing, why he is doing it, safety precautions to take, and answers any questions my little guy has. It’s hard to find people now a days who care about teaching and take time out of their busy day to do the job right the first time. AJ goes above and beyond. My kids get so excited when they see him on the property. The building is quiet, the neighbors are so friendly, and I couldn’t be happier (except if there was a pool or playground 😉) with our experience so far.

Impossible to get ahold of, been trying for almost two weeks left messages. But the people who live there said nothing but good things. We just want to get ahold of someone..

We had been told we were moving into their apartment, we paid $200 down and then was told we couldn’t move in cus the people decided not to leave. I called them and said I was moving somewhere else then and they told me they would hold onto my $200 in case after my lease was up id want to move into their place again so a year goes by and I call to get my money back cus we weren’t moving back there and of course nobody answered… I left 6 messages and went to the office 3 times nobody was there. And when they do answer the phone they tell me that they will let the office know I called and will call me back but THEY NEVER DO… this is ridiculous and stealing!

I am originally from the area but moved to Niagara County ( Niagara Falls area) I would like to move back and have been leaving messages via market place on Facebook for someone to get in touch with me about getting an apartment there and no one has gotten in touch with me yet. They look like nice apartments. I have 3 boys my youngest being 5 and still have family in the area. I would love to have someone call me to inquire about an apartment.
