Representative kept interrupting me I get a paper says total amount due $17.38 Postage $9.90 Tier 2 $6.50 Sales tax $0.98 When they also said when I explained I wasn't to owe them They said I don't owe anything However 8/23/2022 said I do still owe when I get the records I asked I don't get everything I asked for as well I agree they lie and are disrespectful Even though I look it up today 9/3/2022 Says total amount due $0.00 Because I explained why I wasn't to owe And they confirmed I don't owe anything for it when I spoke with them however a paper says something else Which also the facility said they will take care of it Mercy Health said that 933 3 Mile Rd Grand Rapids Michigan Said they would take care of the bill that I wouldn't pay anything for it when I gave them the bill that stated I owe $17.38 They should owe me money for the trauma they are causing me and others

If there's any reasonable expectation of getting medical records processed in a timely, professional manner, then this is not the company to rely on. Extremely unreliable. It's evident also that most reps you'll connect with are not trained in any succinct policy re document management and sorely lacking knowledge on procedures and processes. Absolutely no discipline in helping the customer and timeliness/important deadlines are a lost consideration. Also clear that reps are individuals who are free lance, remote location workers who are not based in an actual, on-site office but working where management is not interactive nor present. Cannot recommend this company. Seriously will consider a complaint to the hospital's CEO as well as complaining to the NY AGs Office as well as the PA AGs Office where this company is located.
