3 weeks ago I scheduled an appointment to get dahlia piercings and 1-2 others. Shortly after scheduling I contracted covid so I followed the website’s cancellation/re-booking link twice to try and reschedule and it didn’t work. Then I called the store twice and eventually spoke with someone who said that I don’t even have an appointment with them at all. The day of the appointment I was harassed with texts and emails from the shop and received a text message from an employee telling me that the piercer doesn’t perform dahlias so I have to pick something else to get pierced. Huh??? As I said, I had already gone through the motions of rescheduling my appointment numerous times up to this point, so this was super frustrating. Additionally, why am I being told that I can’t get a piercing (that I scheduled an appointment for 3 weeks ago) two hours before the appointment time?? even though I can’t come in today, that’s so unprofessional. I expressed my frustration to staff and was met with an incredibly rude and condescending response. I absolutely will not be returning to this studio nor will I be recommending it to anyone in my circle. stay away if you want an easy and transparent experience. and to the black hole studio staff: please keep this review in mind the next time you want to be a douchebag to a client who was gonna pay you $250+ for services.

It was awesome! I struggle with a lot of social anxiety. Just being around people is really hard for me but they made me feel really comfortable and safe. Rachel was great. She had a bubbly energy, explained everything thoroughly, told me what to expect and explained everything she was doing as it was happening. My septum piercing looks great and I'll definitely be back for more piercings in the future.

I came across these old pictures that I took a few years ago, and I remember this as being a great place to get tattooed… I had a few stars redone on my legs. I am not sure if he still works here, but I was tattooed by Xavier. Otherwise, this is a solid place to get tattooed.

They install jewelry for free. But tip your piercer!
Not really, and it depends on your gauge. Most of their jewelry is stainless steel, they have some higher end pieces (most gold, if I recall correctly). I have a septum that ranges from 12-8, and they don't have much jewelry for that size

If it's a safe piercing they'll do it. Black Hole is a leader in the industry.
I'm not sure for getting a new piercing if they'd let you reuse the jewelry because they might not be able to sanitize it completely.
I think for the piercing it's $45 or $35 but then you have to add jewelry cost.

I don't see a way for it to be invisible, but you could get jewelry that blends in more with your skin tone. It might be worth it to call or stop by to talk to them and see the jewelry options.

If i remember right they switch them for free just have to buy the new ones.
You will have to get them re pierced after that long
