I went in to have my vw Routan diagnosed and was told by a guy at the vw service department that they no longer worked on Routans. Since the Routan is made by Chrysler I went down to Routan Chrysler and was told the guy at VW was wrong?? WHats up??

The Routan is a rebranded Chrysler. This might be a good thing. Byers service department is not exactly know for being good, or cheap, or quick, or courteous, or fixing the problem on the first try.

Since the outside temperature has been dipping below 20 degrees, my coolant light comes on and says to check coolant levels. Once the temperature moderates above 32, the light stops. Does this require a service call?

are the tires purchases from discount tire or another company selling tires, the exact same tire that I would buy from Byers Volswagen selling for a lot more money
