The team at Goodwin Collision Center took awesome care of me from start to finish. Jeff and Sandy in the service center were professional, excellent communicators, wonderful to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that I had a good experience. I had bought my Land Rover at the Goodwin Scarborough dealership, and they continued the excellent customer service that I had gotten there. I'm huge fans of the Goodwin dealerships, service department and their awesome staff. They get my highest recommendation!

Professional and courteous staff, great communication from start to finish. Handled my claim without any problem. The work (replacing my F-150's tailgate) was done impeccably. While I don't have experience with other body shops in the area, I can't imagine a better outcome elsewhere.

I brought my volvo to Goodwin's for repair after a collision with a deer. From the first, the staff was friendly, communicative, and professional. The repair required an extension as additional damage was observed once the process of repair started. This was also quickly and thoroughly communicated via emal and phone call. When I picked up my car, I was thrilled with the condition - fully repaired and immaculately clean. I'd recommend Goodwin's Collision Center to my friends. Great, friendly, professional service that goes the extra mile to keep the customer informed. Thank you Team Goodwin's!

BEWARE! Was lied to multiple times. My father passed away recently and I purchased the vehicle from the bank. It’s a 2017 Silverado 1500 LS.Brought the truck in for service 2 weeks ago to have remote start installed and to have the 15,000 mile service done. While it was there I had them look into why the USB port in the center console wasn’t working. I get a call stating the remote start is installed and that and service is done, but the truck had been ‘modified’ and they wouldn’t look into the usb. I say what do you mean? Then they tell me it has an aftermarket Sirius Sat. (that was installed by a different dealer where my dad had purchased the truck in Washington State) plugged into the radio and that USB port was unplugged from the radio. They told me plug it in myself and it will work again....OK I pick up the truck $750 later and open up the radio and unplug the ‘aftermarket’ Sirius satellite that I don’t use and plugged the USB port back in. Ok so now they work....sort of. The USB ports charge the phone and work for playing music but CarPlay isn’t working. I call the dealer and tell them about it. The Service Manager, Chris, gives me the number for Infotainment hotline to fix issues with CarPlay. I call the hotline and they confirm that I DO have CarPlay and don’t know why it’s not working. They tell me to take it into the dealer. So I call back the dealer and let them know that the Infotainment hotline confirmed that I do have CarPlay and it needs to be looked into. I bring the truck in and minutes later and Jeff, service advisor, comes to me and says “Has CarPlay ever worked in this vehicle” I tell him I don’t know I just received the truck and it doesn’t work for me. He then tells me there were trucks in 2016 that were sent without CarPlay software and those buyers were credited $200. I tell him that mine does have the software though because it has an icon and it’s in settings. So he makes a call and looks into it and while he’s on the phone he calls over another service advisor, Jonathan, that ‘looked’ at the truck already. The Rep on the phone talking to Jonathan asked him if it has the projection icon. He looks confused and says no I don’t think it does and then the Rep has him call on his cell phone so he can actually go out and look instead of guessing. Gee what a concept!!!!! So he goes out to look and John looks at me and tells me your radio doesn’t have the projection icon. I tell him “You mean the one on the home screen that looks like a TV and says projection under it?” He throws his arms up and says “I don’t know anything about that I drive a 2004”. Fine, but you just told me it did not have the projection icon which is the indicator of whether it has CarPlay or not. Then the technician comes out and says we need to make and appointment because there’s a software update and it takes about 2 hours. So I make another appointment. Then Chris, the service manager, asks if I have the original window sticker. I say yes it’s in the glove box. He grabs it and makes copies of it and says he’ll look into it. (Cool how it got ripped along the way) From there I leave and within 5 minutes I get a call from Chris saying that my truck does not have CarPlay. He says I have an LS and that is one model up from the WT(Work truck) and does not offer CarPlay. I say you had me call the Infotainment hotline to verify and they told me that it does have CarPlay. He says “well they’re wrong”.Can you believe that? I’ve never in my life had service this bad before. I call the original dealer that sold the truck. They look up the VIN and tell me that it has the IOB radio that has CarPlay built in.I ask him about the trucks that don’t have the software that were offered $200 and he says that was the early 2016 model.I tell him they wouldn’t look into it because of the aftermarket Sirius Satellite and Backup camera that was installed and he said that doesn’t effect the bumper to bumper and they shouldn’t dismiss looking into it.He said find another dealer willing to work with me.
