I have been looking for a specific Kia for a few weeks. Either dealerships wouldn't call me back or they weren't interested in helping with my lease as a trade. Hunter was quick to call to verify the vehicle I wanted was available and they were fair with my trade. Most of the transaction was handled over the phone because I live an hour and a half away which made everything very easy when I arrived at the dealership. Also as a woman, I have had not so great experiences buying cars in the past. Hunter and Will were awesome! They went above and beyond to make my experience great!

Nick Werner was great at first acknowledging me on the lot as he was getting ready to come into work. I already knew what car I wanted, what model and everything, he sent on the test drive, appraised my car while I was gone. He showed me a few different options on the Sorento S trim, but the deal didn’t work. I give him 5 still because his customer service and the finance manager David really did what they could do to put me in what I wanted and not just sale me a car. Thanks Germain Kia, I am a long time Germain customer , we have a Germain Benz and Germain Ford, so I wanted this to work out.

I give this dealership a 5+ stars if I could. My experience has been excellent especially service staffs and Tom D who took the time fix the needs of my optima. Service Staffs they always go above and beyond. I bought another car yesterday the sales staff’s went above and beyond especially Nick omg 😱he took the time, didn’t rush us or none of it Nick gave my twin sister her dream car 🚙. Nick was nice and kind made sure everything went great and smooth. And oh James the manager of sales went above and beyond to be sure everything me and my twin was satisfied with purchasing a vehicle from Germain Kia. I have been dealing with Germain kia since 2019 until now I will be buying more Kia’s in future as well. I would most definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to Germain kia they have the best warranty no dealership can’t beat, best car’s sales whether if it’s used or newer models. Everything got upgraded with safety and etc. Staffs are so kind and pleasant. Who can beat that. Great job Germain Kia’s for doing an awesome work thank you for bringing a light to everything you do.
