Capital KIA is pretty cool with their new location and large lot. Actually had cars to test drive, unlike other dealerships. Sales people are nice and friendly. Highly recommended. This is my 4th KIA in a row, reliable, great warranty, and the 2023 technology is 🤩.

I arrived for a test drive appointment only to be told I could not drive their vehicle if I don't have car insurance. I explained this is impossible because I do not own a car. Their proposed solution was for the salesperson to drive and I ride along: ludicrous and unacceptable! I find it extremely hard to believe that I was their first potential customer currently without their own transportation. When I asked, "Would *you* buy a car without driving it?" The salesperson replied, "No. But I would have insurance." No! You! Wouldn't! If! You! Didn't! Own! A! Car! And this was for a used vehicle <$10k for which I had already said I planned to pay cash.
