I came in for a fill in and color change on my toes. Nothing special. The book says $25 and up for the fill in. Well that “UP” went up by $10 without an explanation- there was no mail replaced, extra glue added- nothing- just a fill in. I didn’t get anything special. Rose was dry, rude, and she rushed on my nails the whole time. I had lumps in my nails and the sides weren’t painted. She sent me to the drier up front to dry my toes- she didn’t oil my cuticles or have me wash my hands until I reminded her- she said oh oh I forgot! She fixed two of the nails, and I didn’t even bother to have her fix anything else.

The staff is very attentive and asks you what you want for every step. If you don’t speak up, it’s on you. They’ve ALWAYS done an excellent job on my nails. It took me two years after moving from upstate NY to find a nail salon that really listens to what I want, takes their time and delivers excellent service. If you’re looking for nail art, Danny is your man. Show him a picture and he can create it. Otherwise, all the nail techs are top notch and they offer many other services, too. Please give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
