My sister is wheelchair bound so for her birthday weekend we rented a wheelchair accessible van from CMS. Scott thoroughly demonstrated how to use the van's ramp and how to strap down the wheelchair so that we felt comfortable using it. It was easy to use and the vehicle was a regular sized van and easy to handle. We had such a fun weekend and went on numerous outings that we wouldn't have been able to do otherwise. We hope to do it again. Thank you Scott & CMS for a wonderful service you provide to your community.

I am waiting for them to install controls for a long time. They don't reach out with order details, I was told I have 30 days to get controls installed or my license wouldn't be valid, which is in three days. They have not reached out to me one time, the only time they have talked to me is when I called a corporate office and they had had to switch me to a different person, but now I'm in the same situation. I was dealing with Scott and Steve both need some professional training with dealing with customers.
