I messed up my mower to the point it wouldn’t work. I called around and was told repair turnaround was 3 weeks one more. Rousch told me 2-3 weeks. I brought in the mower and the gentlemen looked at it and asked me to wait, because he thought he knew what the problem was and it could be solved. After 15 minutes he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. No 2-3 week wait, just fantastic service at a very reasonable rate!
