WONDER WHY THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR EVERYTHING UP FRONT? 4 months ago Kayla P a customer advocate for Lumber Liquidators and Brandon in customer service from their cooperate office for complaints promised to resolve this horrible installation of my flooring and the cheep product installed in my Home on November, 2021. It is now May 2022 and they have done nothing! they sent an independent person to evaluate my complaint. But to this date I have not received any response from their cooperate office or the outcome of the report . I have contacted Brandon in the Lumber Liquidators customer service division and he has never called me back! I have tried to communicate with him with no response from them. The transition pieces used on my floor are made of plastic, and of a extremely low-grade quality. when glued to the floor I can see the glue coming out the sides of the plastic onto the floors which looks extremely unprofessional. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK OR HONER THIER PROMISES. When you encounter problems with this company they have, a Conglomerate of people they will force you to go between while not trying at all to solve the true problem. Beginning with who sold you the product, to the managers, to the installation people, to the poor customer service people, and so on. while my floors are still a mess today ! I can't get in touch with anyone from the cooperate office. Whatever happened to quality service, integrity, and standing behind the excellence of your product and installation?

Ll flooring has subs they hire to install, so if you know a pro it would be about the same cost i imagine
Yes, as long as the wooden sub floor is properly attached to the concrete slab.
