It must be great working at a place that clearly doesn't care how pathetic your work ethic is or if you even remotely do what you're being paid to. The employees must be ripping off their employers with the amount of 15+min times I've seen a "will be back in 15min" sign on the door. The times I've waited for them to come back, there was multiple workers so no clue why they'd have to totally shut down. Clearly management doesn't care because every recent review is terrible with not even a response.

Went into the UPS store located at 4051 Barrancas Avenue today and was treated so badly by the woman that worked there, I asked her when the store manager would be in she said later, so I went back into the store later and the manager was there, she was even ruder than the first woman so I asked who the owner was and she would not tell me. She said the owner would not talk to me. I asked is she could have the owner call me and she said no. I left and went next door to the Jewelry Store and the lady there told me the owner was Scott but she had no number for him. So if Scott the owner reads this please contact me.

I do not normally write reviews, but it's been a long time since I've encountered someone who very bluntly was going out of their way to be rude. Extremely rude older lady made it known I was on her last nerve. Brought in 4 Amazon returns and one email said it should of been sealed up. My mistake for missing that, but immediately was told I had to pay for tape to seal it. I get that over time people forgetting a piece of tape can lead to using a roll.. but charging $2.15 for a single piece of tape is robbery. To top it off, I had left my wallet in car with fussy baby in a stroller and she wasn't about to budge help in anyway. There are other UPS stores and you can bet I will never patronize this store again. Clearly by other reviews they have a solid reputation.
