I called regarding adding an addition to my home. The reason I called Armstrong is because they were the ones that build my home in the beginning. I wanted to just speak with someone about options and addition and if I can pay for someone to draw up my additions since they were familiar with there own plans. The receptionist just kept telling me that they aren't taking any new contracts. Okay, I wasn't calling for that I am calling for questions or even someone that can guide me. ' THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY NEW CLIENTS SHE KEPT SAYING " No additional help. I do remember when Armstrong was just getting started with there business they responded with kindness and went out of their way to keep their name valued. I can say not no more and I am not even upset that I couldn't speak with no one.

Well this place is no longer selling and building new homes on ur lot not sure what happened.

Bad experience with Armstrong homes has nothing been but trouble with this company mixing up lots putting the wrong houses on lots has been nothing but a headache from the start with this company

Projected a date and it's been 8 months late and still racking up tardy time. I feel abused as a customer. Can't give accurate dates and I am a renter buying my first home. No rent contract means I pay double rent month to month. It's unprofessional and frankly it's rude. Time is money.
