I build new homes to rent out to people with good income and bad credit some people have bad credit for a reason could be a divorce could be medical reasons student loans he can't get loans .so I build these homes. I rented them to somebody for 2 years if they pay the rent on time for 2 years I will finance the home for them close on it it's their home I'll be the bank
