If you have no other options for a roof over your head, move in. If you do, look elsewhere. The neighborhood and the community are the problem. Point, blank, period. The residents have zero respect for others. The complex is in one of the most dangerous parts of the city. I heard gunshots at least once a week. It's a poor neighborhood so we are last to have our lights turned back on when it randomly goes out at any given time. If you're a woman living alone, get a weapon and a ring doorbell. You're gonna need it.

DO NOT MOVE HERE Very old apartments not worth the price they go up on. The ac unit doesn’t work when it does it malfunctions had to buy window unit. There’s a lack of parking and it floods near my unit when it rains. There’s no dog park so poo is everywhere. The bathrooms are so old and will look dirty no matter how much you clean. I hear gunshots regularly and some tenants/neighbors are the absolute worst. Would never recommend not even for a college student because once again they go up on rent when they want.
