I recently moved and had to find a new pain dr. I was dreading the process bc it's SOOOO painful (pun intended, LOL). But I was referred to Dr. Lee and it's been a WONDERFUL experience!! I have to drive a bit, but I don't mind. The offices are new, very clean, and not usually crowded. The office staff are all very pleasant and professional, and try and make the patients feel welcomed when either in the office or on the phone. They are really good about answering questions, too. Appointments are mostly on time, but if Dr. Lee gets a new patient, he may run behind bc he spends extra time with them (just like he will with you on your first appointment), so please be patient. HE'S WORTH IT!! Dr. Lee is FABULOUS!! My first appointment he sat with me for a long while talking about all of my health issues, not just my back pain. He was concerned about how I got to the place I am now and we went over all my medical records. Since then, he makes a personal point of checking in on me, even if I'm seeing the PA (who is equally great). Today I went in for an injection on my lower back and had a migraine when I arrived at the office. (The tech noticed I wasn't feeling well from the moment she saw me, "I can see it in your eyes!") Everyone went out of their way to accommodate my headache (turned out the lights in the rooms I was in, got me some meds) and then Dr. Lee got it approved by my insurance for him to do an injection in my head that stopped the headache in it's tracks right there. ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND him and this practice if you're in need of a pain management doctor. I know the prospect can be daunting, but they don't make you feel that way. I've been in some clinics where you feel like you have to take a shower after you leave and this one's so far from that kind of place, I just can't say enough good things, or thank them enough!!
