Went twice just to get a small loan on a $1500 bike They said they have enough bikes! Wasn’t selling! I was managing a pawn shop for years and never ran my shop like this! People there just to lazy and didn’t want to be bothered! Never again

This place is such a rip off and totally takes advantage of people in need! Offers you 1/12 of what an item is worth even when it’s brand new! Brought a brand new designer item in and was offered $1200 less than what it sells for, right so they can make that money and take advantage of people

This is literally the worst pawn shop probably in the world. If I could give a negative rating it would -5 stars. They are the rudest people I have ever experienced when it comes to customer service especially the manager. They act like you are bothering them when asking for help. Also every single time I have brought in a 14k piece of jewelry they always try telling me it is 10k. I just called to see if I could buy back some items that I lost and the lady I talked to spoke to me like I didn't matter at all and would barely help me with looking up my items to see if I could get them back and said to me 3 times during the phone call that they have "actual customers in the store" so she was to busy to assist me. I would rather take less money for a loan on an item then give them anymore of my business.
