Not impressed so far. Initially, Magnolia showed and got to work replacing old pumps and pipes in the neighborhood. Looked promising. My water meter shutoffs were destroyed on both house and street side and I requested they replace the meter which also had condensation in it. They did within two weeks. I returned from work that day to what appeared to be a normal sight of water and mud following that work. One week later, still had the same amount of water in my driveway, called, requested to have whatever leak was caused fixed. Two more calls and a month and a half later, no one has fixed the leak, and now the water has completely saturated my front yard and under the driveway. Who knows if it’s made it under any of mine or my neighbors houses. They don’t seem to care that the meter is under almost two feet of water either… unsat. Update: The repair was completed after 2 months. The first time someone came out, I wasn’t home and no one fixed it. The second time and three weeks later, I was home. So I stayed out there. The damage was done on the house side of the meter. Naturally. Fortunately, the worker that was there was reasonable and acknowledged it was probably done by them and fixed it. But two months or so of a water leak and the highest water I’ve paid anywhere in the country… I’m still not happy about this.

They arr absolutely horrible! All the workers are completely rude and don't know their right hand from their left..NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY ARE NOT ON THE SAME PAGE WITH THEIR RULES! Every single person that u speak to says something totally different. IT IS SO SAD TO TREAT CUSTOMERS THEY WAY THEY DO!! ITS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!!
