This is a great place to set off on an adventure in the Stanislaus National Forest or Mokelumne Wilderness. Hike in a hundred years for winter sledding. Backcountry skiing and snowshoeing are popular activities to start from here. The vault toilets are kept pretty clean for a sno-park and it's plowed frequently during and after snowfall.

Nicely plowed parking spaces with a couple of bathroom. Excellent snow in December 2019. Worth the extra 10 minute drive from Spicer.

We had a great time here. If you walk back a little bit, there are quite a few good sledding paths on the hillside. For sledding, this is the best of the few up in the Bear Valley area.

This is a good place for sledding when there is snow but you have to have a pass to not get a ticket from the Ranger. Hike up the trail a ways and you'll find a small Ravine to your left and that's the best place for sledding.

Not in Arnold as much Go up to the sno parks. There should be snow there
There is a lot of snow! I was there two days ago. In places, it was quite deep.
I am wrong person to ask. We just found parking on side of the road.
