They are pricey for a debris box but you have to consider the remote location that they are at and delivering to. I have to say hands down they have the friendliness customer service I have ever dealt with. they are kind, polite, and they take there time with you when on the phone. Hats off to the driver that delivered our debris box, he put it exactly where we wanted and we were not there at the time of delivery. 5 stars from me!

Their driver likes to drop off my cans in the middle of my driveway, even after complaining about it twice it still happens. Real classy organization.

Hi Judy, The answer to this question depends on what city or county you live in. In Calaveras County, mattresses can be brought to the Rock Creek Landfill Facility to be set aside for the county's recycling program.
The same truck is able to pick up both cans, because it is a split-body truck. It has a wall that divides the body of the truck, which allows us to pick two different waste streams at once. This innovation allows us to spend less time on the roads, which means less wear and tear on roads, less sound pollution, and overall safer neighborhoods.
