If you have this insurance you have nothing but trouble. Inept customer service, bad referrals to doctors who don't exist in the network and incompetent customer service representatives.

Absolutely terrible system. I pay good money every month for this health insurance and it’s automatically taken out my paycheck, yet Blue Cross sends an alert to Express Scripts every few weeks saying my coverage has ended. I have had to call Blue Cross 4 months in a row now in a joint call with Express Scripts. Absolutely insane. Switching insurances. Even the representative from Express Scrips says this situation is unbelievable.
