I purchased a used cart from Mr. Crandall. It needed repaired 6 months later. After returning it to me, it ran worse than before. I called the business twice and emailed them and no response. I was more than willing to pay for any additional repairs but the mechanic seemed to be guessing at the problem. They are too dishonest to do the right thing. I took it to another repair shop who advised me that Crandell mechanic put an after market carburetor in it was hit or miss. Very much a fly by night rip off business.
