I opted to go paperless on EOB but I cannot login because it keeps asking for a PIN number. Where do I get this from? Do I create or do you supply me with one?

You will need to call and speak to a CSR, so you will have to call in.

I know BCBSLA used to send out those codes by mail; but I'm not sure if they were prompted by your online attempt to log in or by a phone call request
