I worked there through the pandemic where they took advantage of us, received money from our government yet only gave us an x $1 "pandemic pay". They received supplies via donation, yet refused to give us ear loop masks. they only would give us inferior masks that we had to tie ourselves in the back two different places. However the director and the physical therapists all had ear loop masks. this place is , as far as upper management goes, a joke. The administrator is the owner. once that happened, it was very obvious for supplies deteriorated as it related to quality for workers and residents alike. No more disinfectant wipes, diapers no longer came in two sizes, we didn't have access to supplies after business hours. CNA would not get their bags of cleaning pt supplies and would have no choice but use the residence's clothing to wash them. That's what happens when the administrator is the owner. everything was corners cut. Now, please note, the administrator before this administrator (the owner) was absolutely the best administrator I've ever worked with as a registered nurse. Ok..now for The director of nursing. She had no experience as DON, and in my professional opinion, never bothered to look up her roles and responsibilities. She lied, she manipulated, and she was so unbelievably INEPT AND UNQUALIFIED. Mix that with a director apparently never grasped the concept of diplomacy in the workplace .. awful! Taking gossip for facts never confirming a story just unbelievably unaware of how damaging that could be essentially fueling negativity between employees With all ofthat said..I really liked it there, I loved my residents, I loved my team, but I had a Target on my back. I ended up getting fired after working there for over a year throughout the whole pandemic and they fired me the week of Thanksgiving. That place was run by the most narcissistic unprofessional, opaque, juvenile, unqualified upper management I've ever had the displeasure of working for, and I'll leave it at that. Oh lastly, one of our coworkers died of covid and I asked if we could send flowers .. the short answer was "NO" . She was an employee there for several years .. they just don't care. I want to reiterate that the regular staff are fantastic it's just the upper management that sucks

This place is beyond shady and unprofessional. Their phone line is constantly busy, or someone disconnects the calls, while reaching anyone is an ordeal. There's definitely a reason for all of the negative ratings. I would never recommend them

I put my father at this Nursing home because they were highly recommended and they had good ratings but it turned into a nightmare. My Father has numerous illness and on top of it he is legally blind. My father was neglected and mistreated by staff if he complained, then they did not want him back because they did not have the equipment he required. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I got sick because of how badly he was being treated.
