If i could give it a zero i would! They are lying and deceiving! They forget to mention that when you use their cars you have no choice but to use their ezpass and they have their own fee on top of the expass charge.. so a $3.50 toll bill cost me $12! They never told me this when i rented it! I will never rent from them again! Oh and they keep your credit card on file! Also even though i had the appointment mafe a week prior and i was a half hour late getting there, my car was still not ready and they had to clean a car in a rush.. you cant see scratches when the car is wet!

We unfortunately experienced a mechanical issue with our car while traveling during the Thanksgiving week and found ourselves near Hudson, NY. As the car was delivered to the garage for repairs, I was able to make a reservation with the local Enterprise for a vehicle. They handled my arrival with care and processed everything quickly. I needed to extend my rental and that was accomplished with a quick call to their office. On returning the vehicle, it was quick and efficient and they also dropped me off at the repair shop to pick up my car. Excellent service from the Hudson Enterprise office.

Great team in your Hudson location. They were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Car was cleaned and sanitized when I arrived for pick up. Would not hesitate to rent from this location again. Great job guys..thanks a bunch!
