After reading such horrible reviews of most hospitals nearby, I was grateful to find WellNow (and grateful that they took my insurance). The whole process was incredibly easy. I was seen quickly and every staff member I encountered was professional and courteous. I appreciated this visit so much.

I was seen promptly by the staff who greeted incoming patients and saw a PA soon after. The PA’s name was Tara, and she was terrific. It was a great relief to see someone so quickly, and a greater relief to learn when I got my test results less than 24 hours later that my severe congestion was probably due to allergies . A negative COVID test is a good thing!

I have been to WellNow urgent care several times when my own doctor was not able to see me. I went in again yesterday and while I did have to wait quite a long time to be seen, they make it overall visiting experience pretty seamless. The doctors and nurses are very kind and thorough and I felt like they really took good care and listened to my concerns. I understand that the staff are under enormous pressure to provide good service for all their patients and I think they do this well. Having well care available when I need it gives me piece of mind.

Everyone I interacted with were wonderful. They weren't very busy at the time of my visit. It was indeed one of the fastest encounters I've had at and urgent care. The PA who took care of me was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.
