I would frankly give a ZERO for the service I received Saturday afternoon 1/27/18. Rude, nasty and overbearing was the employee named Victor who told me "it was going to be a pain in the ass to look for the bolt I brought in and he didn't want to get behind." The store was empty except for one person checking out. Most people who visit a parts store are in need of what they go there for. Too bad he "had a very busy day" according to him. Your job is customer service. Be lucky you have employment. Not only did he give me a part that wasn't even close but the attitude that would shame any business owner. We have never had an issue here before but your counter people represent you. If you can't manage to find a bolt, how good are you VICTOR. I might be a woman but far from being stupid! Sad part, he never even apologized.
