Went to visit my dad and found him in worse condition than he was at the hospital that sent him there. Floor was dirty trash under his bed. wires hanging all over his dresser such a fire hazard. window was open while cold outside and my dad had no blanket on him. My dad was weak could not stay awake and could barely talk. My dad was so much more alert and mobile before he was sent here from the hospital. The staff do not seem to care. They never answer the phone this facility is two hours away from me and for them not to take care of my dad the way he needs is a major concern for me. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to put their loved one in this place.

Kadima at Luzerne is an amazing place. They have helped me achieve so many goals in my career. Being employed by Kadima is such a fulfilling and heartwarming experience.
