I used to come here every day. I loved this place. I love their coffee. I love their bagels. The people who work here are great. But today I FOUND A HAIR IN MY BAGEL! It was a short wiry black hair. My hair is long and blonde. At first they said it couldn’t be their hair because they wear hairnets. Only one person was wearing a hair net and it wasn’t the chef. He was just wearing a hat. They gave me a refund but that’s not good enough because SOMEONE’S GROSS NASTY HAIR WAS ON IT! I ate that! Disgusting. I can’t believe I ate that. I’m so mad they got defensive about it. They should have given me a refund for my WHOLE MEAL! I’m disputing this with my bank and never coming back. Unbelievable and totally unprofessional.
