What can we say about this specialty butcher? Only fantastic things. They helped us get through Covid-19 without skipping a nutrition beat. When Publix and other supermarkets were having huge problems securing a reliable supply of beef and chicken, this store had them for sale, each and every week. The Meating Place has quality meats, seafood, prepared foods, and homemade soups. They carry Bell & Evans chicken which cannot be found in supermarkets. Their rotisserie chicken and cooked turkey breast make for delicious fuss-free meals. When we want to change up the menu, they are able to bring in veal cutlets, baby back ribs, and some other meats with only a few days notice. They are our reliable, go-to store for our annual Thanksgiving get together. Their sliced cooked turkey breast and cooked shrimp cocktail make entertaining a snap for us and a meal that our guests rave about. Louis, Tyler, and Marcos know customer service and go above and beyond to make each visit a pleasant experience. Kudos to the entire team at The Meating Place! They are a real class act!

This place is great! I went in last week and was helped by John, he really took his time with me explaining the different varieties and cuts that they offer. Quality is important but when quality and service align it makes all the difference to me. Thank you!! try out the ribeye !!

I tried to get them there one time and they didn't have them and wouldn't cut them for me. The issue is that they end up creating a weird cut for the rib eye that remains and that's a big money maker. I too would love to know a place that would cut me up some dino ribs

Yes, mostly beef femur bones, the same ones we use to make our famous beef marrow broth, also have chicken bones if needed for stock!
