My Dad was cared for by the wonder staff at Hampton House and I cannot give them enough praise. From admission until he peacefully passed away on March 19th, everyone here was wonderful. They kept my Mom, brother and I informed on every aspect of his care, helped us communicate with him even though and made us all feel they truly cared about him. The staff members I dealt with personally went above and beyond. Thank you from the bottom or our hearts, Gloria, Roseanne, Robin and Jay (those I had personal contact with) and all who cared for Dad. May God bless you all, you are angels to those who need you in difficult times.

My mother-in-law, Rose Langan, has been at Hampton House for over a year. She is suffering from dementia and gets very confused, she is not very mobile. Everyone from management, nurses and the aides, on the A wing, to the maintenance staff are kind and caring to her. It was very hard for our family to deal with the fact that we could no longer take care of our mother, but the staff at Hampton house are so knowledgeable and kind, which really helped us through the process.

This facility is filthy and the staff are rude to the residents and to other staff. There is one friendly face when you walk in , the receptionist Wendy. She is the only friendly person in the entire building, with the exception of maybe one or two people. Not a welcoming environment and definitely not a place to take somebody you care about. The building is a joke and so are the people who run the place. Awful does not even begin to describe it. If you’re thinking about bringing a loved one here, do yourself a favor and think again.
