After a career in Long Term Care I know the challenges of aging for the individuals and their families. We chose life care at Cokesbury Village after many visits and much research. We enjoy the warmth of this community and the security of knowing our aging challenges will be met here with the same kindness and quality of service we have experienced in independent living without dealing with the crippling costs long long term care purchased ala carte or burdening our adult children. Moving and downsizing is never easy but we are glad we did. We have only experienced kindness from all the staff here and growing friendships with fellow residents both younger and older than us. We have found the surrounding community full of delightful activities and a variety of on site entertainment and activities right here.

Call the main office for that info. I don't live there, but have friends that do.
I believe the entire site is smoke free. I know employees must leave the property to smoke. But I am not certain if residents are permitted to smoke on their balconies.
To find the exact dates Google "cokesbury village white elephant sale". There is usually a sale in the summer. The sale starts on Friday and prices are cut in half on Saturday.
My wife works in the assistant living dept,they have lots of activities, shopping trip,birthday celebrations, very nice living facilities
