The Summit is a company that cares about their residents and employees. They treat our residents and staff with dignity and respect. I enjoy spending quality time with our residents, dancing, playing card games or just watching a good old western movie. Here at The Summit, our Director Brenda Cuart-Negron believes in giving each employee an opportunity to grow within the company. I was CNA/Shower assistant for 2 ½ years before applying for a position in June to be the new front desk receptionist in Assistant Living. In December I was selected employee of the month.
