Rude employees. Telling a customer he couldn't read and that's not what it says. Then the guy had to read it out load to the employee who just smirked at him. The best part is the manager telling him they deal with people like him all the time. He clearly didn't like the attitude he received. I honestly believe it was due to his attire. After seeing this I'll be visiting another store.

Sent an email to ask for ten copies of my daughters birthday invitations to be printed. All of my emails have been ignored. They also don’t answer the phone or return calls. Super helpful, thanks guys!

Had yet another miserable experience at this store, that earned 2 stars only because of the kindness of the gentleman working here. The short, dark haired lady was a hate filled, miserable sort that expects everyone coming in to understand how UPS works and to purchase their 40 dollar box to cover the box that my shipment was already in. When i declined to purchase said box I felt almost berated that I didn't want to "protect" my shipment, which made it to it's destination without harm. Won't be going back here until the hateful troll is gone.
