We bought a dog in January and the next day i call trying to return it explaining the situations why I regret it the told me i can return it but they gonna take 1,600$ from the almost 3,000 i pay for this husky i was so upset believe me was my last F….. day in that store I never going back to buy anything from that place.👎🏻

We absolutely LOVE going to the Windham store! The staff is always friendly and helpful! Drew does a great job with his staff and we always get an awesome experience from Peter! He is always so kind and patient with my very inquisitive 8 yr old! The store is always well stocked and the animals are well cared for!!! We appreciate you all!

This is the first time I’ve ever left a review. This has been a difficult week for our family. We went to this store to look at puppies and immediately fell in love with a puggle. Everyone in the store was so nice and accommodating. It was an amazing experience and we feel so lucky to have found this place. We couldn’t recommend this place enough. Every employee was super helpful and treated us with pure kindness and the passion the employees had for these animals was incredible.

My Girl and I were going to put down our Boxerpit, shes very stressed and has bitten 9 of us. She was quarantined for 10 days by animal control and was very unmanageable. Our last-ditch efforts were expressed to the staff working in the store and we were recommended try the CBD oil we can literally make a television commercial supporting this stuff! We referred probably a dozen other people with vicious and highly stressed dogs to give this oil a try for one month. I was number one on the dogs menu because she wanted to eat me! And now she tries to sleep on the bed with me and my girl every night she's gone up to a handful of people now and she's very calm just wanted to say thank you this place staff has always been cool to us we've never had any negative issues.
