I brought match in twice for repair . The first time was for a battery change ( went well) he then proceeded to tell me that the last person who changed the battery put the wrong watch battery in) he replaced and corrected the battery issue. Recently I brought my watch in to have the stem repaired. They are reasonably priced. Very customer friendly and their follow up is very professional. Highly recommend this establishment for repairs and purchases.
