I took appointment for my dad and said they take his insurance. I cleared my day and waited a month for the appointment and when was doing paperwork she said the dr doesn’t take his insurance. But i told from before taking the appointment about his insurance. Total waste! Not recommended!

I had a very intense time sensitive operation due to a detached retina all of these folks were unbelievable kind caring social and took the edge off of a very heavy situation for me all I can do is say God bless you guys and thank you so much for your kindness and saving my eye

Dismissive administrator staff including office manager, front desk and those that make appointments. Left 5 messages with Pam to confirm my insurance. Office manager was sent an email. NEVER responded . Pam NEVER called back. Called Michael Dowling’s office and was assured resolution. NEVER happened. Is this indicative of medical care too? Unacceptable to treat potential/new patients this way.

One of the girls at the desk (black hair, wavy) is completely unprofessional. Somewhat rude and has no clue how to talk to people. Like most places, I expected a date and time to come back for my sons follow up appointment a month later. Instead, she says she’ll “call” when it’s time. A month has passed and now, I have to call because she doesn’t know how to do her job nor seems like she really cares. Terrible
