The manager named Jeff is as good as it gets. He does know everything that's going on on the ground. It does make me feel confident that the place is safe and secure. I understand he has a great track record of professionalism. The grounds are capped and manicured like it is Disneyland of storage. This is exactly what I needed. Just the way they process you and things go smoothly and having access is so easy. It's one less thing that I have to worry about in my life right now. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

This was my first time renting a unit and Jeff was amazing. Not only was he helpful, but he called me immediately after I rented online and when I arrived, he helped my figure out the size I had reserved would not work. He set me up with a new unit, the correct size, and got me a better deal. I would definitely recommend this place!

Jeffry was excellent!! Made my reservation online and Jeffery was quick to call and confirm first thing in the morning. This facility is new and super clean. Jeffery was very helpful walking me through the whole process including the actual storage unit. Couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend this place for safe and clean storage!

The Cadillac of Storage Facilities! Life Storage in Manlius is pristine, very secure, and convenient. Open 7 days a week from 6AM - 10PM, and has a brand new building with plenty of indoor unit sizes to choose from. Owner is attentive, responsive and professional. Would recommend to anyone and everyone needing storage 10/10!
