A great place to see better films, curated with great care. You'll love the selection, the owner's intro to each showing, and the people. The venue itself has been updated - a bit - to make it a reasonable place to go, but don't expect blockbuster sound or display.

I have been trying to get to the cinema for over a year, but life kept popping up. Finally made it today to see Portrait of a Lady on Fire and it was an awesome film! Greeted nicely by I assume Nat. They have a popcorn/snack area. The theater has been around for a while and seats old fashioned, but it is so cool that they get the greatest movies..Parasite, foreign films, just awesome movies. I walked out of the theater with a lot to ponder about this movie. It was beautiful cinematography, awesome acting, very touching...can't wait for the next classic!!!

This funky little place is a true labor of love for Eileen and Nat, the owners, whom you'll regularly see behind the counter, unless it's one of their cool, interesting staff. Their love of good cinema and their evangelical spirit on the topic manifests in Nat's short introductions to the evening shows of new fils, when he also discusses coming attractions. Ask about their loyalty card: free movies! Words to the wise: 1) Don't bring in outside food or drink. Wouldn't you rather have an actual can of soda, or a tea or hot chocolate? Support this tiny theater. It ain't some giant profit-turning Regal Cinema. 2) Please do NOT engage in disruptive shenanigans with your mouth or your cell phone. This place is small--EVERYONE will be disturbed... and annoyed with *you*. Thanks! ✌❤🌈

the theater is small and not that nice physically compared to the big movie theaters, but it has a charm to it and the small size has a nice intimacy. the owner is so friendly, selling tickets and chatting with customers, and he gives great little introductions before the movies. I no longer live in Syracuse but I try to visit the theater whenever I'm back in town.

As of Jan 11th there are no theaters within a 50 mile range of Syracuse showing Parasite. Currently the closest one is Kingston, ON.
Sorry. We do not have the film booked.
RBG is close captioned. We also have assisted listening headphones. We have glasses. Nat
