Juan contacted me when I posted a FB Marketplace ad to sell my Bronco. Crestview Ford was very fair with the price they offered to me. I was expecting a low ball offer but was pleasantly surprised. Juan is very kind and not pushy, at all. Ask for him when you go in. 😀 I was impressed with their professionalism and will be keeping them in mind for my future vehicle purchases.

Sep 2022: Had 90,000 mile servicing done and am very satisfied with that evolution. A Ford Recall was issued awhile back on the passenger door and I needed it to be cleared so I included that task with the 90,000 mile servicing. Service Manager assured me that an overnight stay would permit the Recall task to be completed so I dropped vehicle off on a Monday morning. Tuesday morning, I received a call that difficulties with finding a qualified technician would delay clearing the Recall and I was offered the option of retrieving the vehicle but I gave them till Friday to get it done. No calls or updates so I called Friday morning and was informed that the work was in progress as we spoke. A few hours later, I was informed the truck was ready. It seems that the Service Manager was not informed of what the mechanic really had to do to clear the Recall task and so the delays added up to a 4.5 day stay for my vehicle in the shop. Better communication between garage and service manager might have avoided this situation. Nevertheless, I will bring my vehicle to this dealer for the 100,000 mile servicing when the time comes for it. Sep 2022. Small issues prevent a 5-star rating. My passenger-side exterior mirror was left inboard - - had to stop and walk around to fold it out. The Oil Life Percentage read-out was not re-set to 0%. The cabin air filter was changed and a package of AA batteries from the glovebox was left on the console. Unfortunately, I had a brainfart and thought the batteries were not mine - - I dropped the batteries with the service manager. I'm not worried about retrieving them. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience and will return in the future.
